 Auction Registration and Commission Agreement

I am a licensed real estate broker and hereby register my client for your auction of the property located at:

Broker hereby agrees to the Following:

1. A three percent (3%) commission will be paid to any properly licensed real estate broker whose Buyer/Bidder is the successful purchaser for this property
2. And on any presale, who actually closes and pays the Total Contract Sales Price for this property.
3. Broker must register his buyer/bidder in writing 24-48 hours prior to sale.
4. Broker must show the property in person to his buyer/bidder and attend the auction with client in order to receive a commission.
5. Commission will only be paid at time of closing and will be disbursed by Escrow Agent.
6. Broker must register any prospective buyers prior to any inspection of property.

This agreement must be completed, by all parties and forwarded by mail (or fax) to:
